Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, focusing on clients’ specific needs and experiences in a detox environment.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths and challenges, which will inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to facilitate client engagement and promote recovery.

• Offer crisis intervention and effective case management services, including advocacy for community resources and support systems beneficial for clients.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system to track client progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff to enhance treatment strategies and client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to keep up-to-date with best practices, legal requirements, and clinical advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is supporting clients undergoing detoxification from substances. You will work with diverse individuals facing various mental health and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in social work, particularly in addiction treatment or mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
