This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients in Fort Worth, Texas. Our telehealth facility provides state-of-the-art technology and support to ensure you can effectively deliver services. Your schedule will include flexible hours, with client appointments available from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, providing you the latitude to design a work-life balance that suits you.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Divine & Associates, you will:

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and determine the most effective treatment approaches.
\n
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, focusing on trauma recovery and building resilience.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during individual and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma and develop healthy coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care and ensure holistic support for our patients.
\n
• Provide essential crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies to help stabilize patients and facilitate immediate recovery.
\n
• Educate patients and families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and how to access community resources for extended support.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaboration and professional development within our trauma-informed care framework.

• Stay current with the latest research and emerging best practices in trauma therapy to continually enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Our practice primarily serves children and their families in Fort Worth, Texas, who are dealing with various mental health challenges, particularly those stemming from trauma. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrable knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies, ensuring effective therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate. In addition, we offer:
