Temp Bilingual HR Generalist

Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Temp HR Generalist in the Dallas TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations issues, investigations, coaching, and performance discussions.
Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
Support with conducting onboarding and new hire orientation.
Partner with managers on staffing, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR records and ensure employment law compliance.
Assist with benefits, leave administration, payroll, and attendance tracking.

Qualifications:

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience with employee relations and full-cycle recruiting.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field highly preferred.
Knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and HRIS systems.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Details:

Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: 1-2 month contract
Compensation: $30-36/hr.
Location: Dallas, TX 75236
