Senior Sales Engineer Mobile Automation Electronic Controls Off-Highway Equipment We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Sales Engineer with an established global manufacturer of advanced electronic control systems and automation solutions for mobile machinery and off-highway equipment. This position offers an opportunity for a technically driven sales professional to manage and expand customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver engineered solutions to OEM customers across North America. The ideal candidate will bring:

- Strong technical sales experience within mobile automation, electronic controls, sensors, CANbus systems, or related technologies.
- Experience selling engineered products and solutions to OEM customers in industries such as construction, agriculture, material handling, and specialty vehicles.
- Proven ability to develop new business, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
- Technical understanding of control systems, embedded electronics, hydraulics, and mobile equipment applications.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized solutions based on customer requirements.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory to support customers and develop new opportunities.
