Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, followed by developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Implement a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities during individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes client engagement and growth.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients facing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring the safety and well-being of all involved.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold compliance with ethical and legal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
