Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of seniors, evaluating emotional, mental, and social needs to tailor personalized care plans.

• Facilitate counseling sessions, providing emotional support to seniors and their families during challenging transitions and treatment processes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
