Account Partner - Veeva Basics

The Role We are looking for a tenured Account Partner to manage our existing European customers across Veeva Basics, a suite of highly scalable out‑of‑the‑box R&D applications that support emerging biotechs. As an Account Partner, you will meet annual sales goals, drive product adoption, ensure account retention, and maximize the value our existing customers receive, while managing executive relationships and identifying new growth opportunities within these accounts. What You'll Do Serve as the go‑to person for our customers in Europe Advocate the value of Veeva Basics and promote the vision of industry leadership Execute sales cycles using internal and external resources Create and run regional communities of practice at an executive level Collaborate with internal colleagues to build a sales strategy for Veeva Basics products Stay current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges Act with urgency, integrity, and a relentless focus on customer success Meet or exceed pipeline generation and cross‑selling revenue targets Requirements 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years selling into R&D domains or SaaS in Life Sciences Experience selling complementary or competitive solutions into R&D Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define and execute a regional strategy Highly self‑motivated and comfortable in a dynamic, start‑up environment Track record of sales success to C‑Level executives Strong ability to articulate business cases and value propositions to C‑Level executives Experience curating executive‑level communities and round tables with marketing support Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box and bring ideas to reality Nice to Have Experience building and owning community forums and events Compensation Total compensation: 1,500,000 - 2,400,000 DKK (variable bonus and/or stock bonus may be included) We are an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
