Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to assess patients with functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop detailed treatment plans based on patient evaluations, ensuring personalized care tailored to individual needs.
• Implement treatment protocols, monitor patient progress, and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment provided, daily assessments, and progress, adhering to all professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and interdisciplinary team members, to discuss patient care and treatment goals.
• Engage in community outreach activities, continuous quality improvement projects, and the development of new therapy programs.
• Participate in staff meetings and lead training sessions to enhance the skills of support staff involved in patient care.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants (PTAs), aides, and students as necessary, ensuring compliance with all safety and procedural guidelines.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding conditions, treatment plans, and preventative measures.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Possession of an active state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other digital tools for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
