Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that identify clients' mental health challenges and resources for intervention.

• Implement therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to drive client healing and growth.

• Lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducational workshops, ensuring clients build essential skills for personal development and emotional well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to clients in immediate need.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure quality care and compliance.
