You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, aligning with traditional business hours to provide consistency for your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively, employing techniques tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Establish and continuously refine treatment plans that align closely with client goals, periodically reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Provide crisis intervention support, adeptly managing emergencies or acute situations when they arise.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation of client records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular case consultations to enhance client care and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Groups Recover Together, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will guide them as they seek to develop coping strategies, improve mental resilience, and achieve overall wellness.

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position must possess:

• A valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or the ability to obtain one.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with clients in a virtual setting, utilizing empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the minimum qualifications, we strongly prefer candidates who have:

Compensation and Benefits\n
