Work Environment\n

This full-time position is structured to offer a hybrid remote work setting, allowing for optimal work-life balance. Our clinic operates from Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., providing flexibility for both therapists and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients and create tailored treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based practices.

• Maintain an effective caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, ensuring consistent progress monitoring and modification of treatment plans based on evolving client needs.

• Document all clinical sessions meticulously, preparing all necessary clinical notes and treatment records per organizational guidelines to maintain compliance and facilitate seamless case management.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, coordinating client services with case managers, family members, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic support that enhances treatment efficacy.

• Employ creative therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities, including telehealth and in-person sessions to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Offer nurturing support and guidance throughout the therapeutic process, establish stable client relationships, and foster a safe, non-judgmental environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications\n
