Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ unique trauma histories and needs, laying the groundwork for effective treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, incorporating evidence-based strategies such as EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to process their trauma, build coping mechanisms, and foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care tailored to each client's needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
