Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on comprehensive treatment and support. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial assessments for clients in individual and couples therapy sessions to determine their unique needs.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address issues such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Collaboratively working with clients to establish treatment goals and develop personalized care plans that align with their objectives.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and individuals, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship to promote healing and growth.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely within the organization’s electronic health record system.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will directly impact a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with families facing various challenges, such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Preferred Experience\n
