SENIOR AUDITOR (CLASS CODE 0427)

Responsibilities Responsible for professional and supervisory auditing work, including planning, coordinating, and supervising audit teams in the performance of their assignments, and related tasks as required. Qualifications Permanent or probationary status as an Auditor with one (1) year of experience in that classification, or possession of a current Certified Public Accountant Certificate in Louisiana to substitute for one (1) year of required experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university, or a bachelor's degree in another field with at least twenty-four (24) semester hours of accounting from an accredited college or university. Two (2) years of professional experience performing financial audits. Applicants must provide original documents of their qualifying credentials to the hiring agency prior to the start date.
