SENIOR ENGINEER (CLASS CODE 4022)

Position Overview Very responsible professional, supervisory civil engineering work; and related work as required. Qualifications Registration as a professional engineer in Louisiana (out‑of‑state registrations acceptable; must register in Louisiana during probation if not already). Permanent civil service status as an engineer or at least one year of professional engineering experience. Ability to use an automobile if the position requires it; an automobile allowance is usually granted. Compliance with a one‑year probationary period requirement.
