Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored therapy services, including individual, couples, and family sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients through their unique mental health journeys.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that dive into clients' relational dynamics and mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable objectives.

• Implement systemic interventions grounded in family systems theory, addressing communication breakdowns, relationship conflicts, and family stressors with targeted strategies.

• Respond promptly to client crises, providing necessary support and interventions to safeguard clients and their families, thereby ensuring a secure therapeutic environment.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all applicable legal and ethical standards to preserve client privacy.

• Instruct clients in effective communication techniques, conflict resolution skills, and personal coping strategies that promote relational and emotional health.

• Collaborate diligently with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to develop and deliver comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic provides outpatient services to a diverse client base, encompassing both adults and child/adolescent populations. Therapists will engage with clients facing various challenges such as relationship issues, communication barriers, and family transitions, thereby playing a pivotal role in supporting their mental health recovery and family cohesion.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure in the state of Colorado.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• At least three years of clinical experience in a mental health therapeutic role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
