Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and specific needs.

• Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client.

• Provide empathetic individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing solution-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches to facilitate healing and growth.

• Utilize our teletherapy platform to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring a seamless and supportive client experience.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and support when clients face urgent mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in related fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach with clients.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
\n
• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions against your license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, previous experience in providing teletherapy or working with diverse adult client populations is highly valued. Experience in crisis intervention or specific therapeutic modalities can enhance your application.
