Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a vital liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care.

• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification processes and manage utilization reviews to facilitate client access to necessary services.

• Participate in discharge planning and aftercare management, ensuring clients have access to continued support and resources post-treatment.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, helping clients build a healthy relationship with food while modeling appropriate behaviors during mealtimes.

This role primarily serves individuals in a detox center environment, where clients are often navigating challenging circumstances relating to substance use and mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
