Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you will maintain regular communication with colleagues in our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to identify their unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their mental health goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, aiding clients in tackling issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance the efficacy of treatment strategies.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation through electronic medical record systems to ensure detailed tracking of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Participate in ongoing education and training initiatives to stay abreast of new therapies, methodologies, and industry best practices.

• Offer input and innovative ideas aimed at improving service delivery and increasing the effectiveness of our mental health programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients who may be facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals from different cultural backgrounds, each bringing their own unique experiences and perspectives to therapy. Understanding and appreciating this diversity will be crucial in providing effective and personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active professional license, specifically in licensed professional counseling (LPC), licensed clinical social work (LCSW), or licensed marriage and family therapy (LMFT) in Arizona.
\n
• At least three (3) years of direct experience in providing counseling or therapy to individuals with mental health issues.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships with clients and foster an atmosphere of trust and openness.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations and providing culturally competent care.
