Key Responsibilities\n

• Proactively engage with participants to prevent crises and reduce reliance on emergency services.

• Maintain up-to-date crisis alerts and coordinate effectively with county crisis services to ensure timely support for program participants.
\n
• Document and oversee transitions between inpatient services and community programs, ensuring seamless care coordination with hospital staff during discharges.
\n
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and provide milieu support as the Clinician of the Day, addressing emotional crises with professionalism and care.
\n
• Conduct regular assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to guide participants towards their health and personal objectives.
\n
• Provide consistent follow-up care and ongoing support to ensure progress is maintained and challenges are addressed promptly.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to reflect on clinical practices and improve our service delivery continuously.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. This role focuses on providing culturally competent care tailored to individual needs, promoting resilience and self-advocacy among all participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Capacity to effectively prioritize responsibilities, manage a high caseload, and delegate tasks as needed to maintain service quality.

• Strong motivational skills to inspire and maintain enthusiasm among clients and colleagues.

• Exceptional clinical skills with a proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for effective client interaction and team collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload.
