Wir suchen einen hoch motivierten Sales Account Manager zur Verstrkung unseres Adtran Sales Teams in Mnchen, Berlin, Meiningen oder Remote.
Du positionierst das gesamte ADTRAN Portfolio, konzentrierst dich dabei aber besonders auf moderne Access Technologien wie xPON, G.Fast und Faserberwachungslsungen (ALM/DPA), mit denen wir Netzbetreiber und Infrastrukturanbieter beim Aufbau leistungsfhiger und skalierbarer Netze untersttzen.

Das wren Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung von Neukunden im Bereich Access/Metro.
- Aufbau und Pflege von nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen
- Analyse von Kundenbedarfen und Entwicklung mageschneiderter Lsungsangebote in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technikteam.
- Durchfhrung von technischen Einfhrungsgesprchen und Produktprsentationen
- Kommerzielle Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und Angebotsprozessen
- Teilnahme an Messen, Branchenevents und Networking-Veranstaltungen
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Identifikation neuer Geschftschancen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem DACH-Team sowie regelmiges Reporting an das Management
- Kontrolle des operativen Sales-Prozesses von der Planung und bis zum Reporting
- Erfllung der fr die Region gesteckten Umsatz- und Geschftsziele
Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjhrige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Telekommunikation, Netzwerktechnik oder hnlichen Infrastrukturbereichen
- Fundiertes technisches Verstndnis idealerweise im Bereich Telekommunikation / Netzwerktechnik
- Du lebst kundenorientierte Denkweise und Freude am proaktiven und zielgerichteten Umgang mit unseren Kunden.
- Selbststndige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Teamfhigkeit.
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fhigkeiten sowie Prsentations-, Kommunikations- und Verkaufsfhigkeiten.
- Grundkenntnisse in Salesforce oder in alternativen CRM-Plattformen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Bereitschaft zu reisen
