MedInsight, a Milliman subsidiary, is hiring a Business Development Executive to lead new‑logo acquisition and expansion revenue across risk adjustment. You will sell to health plans, provider organizations, ACOs, MSOs, and other risk‑bearing entities nationwide, using a consultative, insight‑led approach.
