Billet Health is seeking a compassionate  Home Health Physical Therapist!

Our dedicated, hardworking staff services all of Arizona, parts of Nevada, California, New Mexico and Texas! Our team works with our patients to establish a trusted relationship for care continuum.

The right candidate will be able to:

Physical Therapist (PT) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

To be qualified for Home Health care, you must hold the following credentials:

• Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Valid Driver License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• CPR or BLS Certification
• Valid TB Test (Skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)
• Level one Fingerprint clearance card

Job Types: Per Diem

Pay: From $80.00 per visit

Work Location: On the road (Las Vegas Area)
