Responsibilities

• Promote Revolution Medicines' oncology product portfolio across assigned territory accounts
• Achieve assigned performance goals by positioning products for appropriate patient populations
• Build and sustain deep relationships with oncology practices, hospitals, and medical groups
• Analyze market data and translate insights into effective business plans and call optimization
• Partner with internal stakeholders to remove access barriers and ensure patient eligibility verification

Requirements

• Proven oncology sales experience with track record of exceeding territory goals
• Deep understanding of disease states, reimbursement, and oral oncolytic fulfillment pathways
• Strong clinical and business acumen with ability to engage key decision-makers
• Demonstrated territory management and sales competency
• Proficiency with virtual and in-person customer engagement strategies
• Knowledge of competitor offerings and market landscape in oncology
