Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will be responsible for a variety of therapeutic support services aimed at young adults aged 18 to 30 enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). Key tasks will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connection among clients, encouraging them to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver empathetic, one-on-one sessions that guide clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their unique needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Employ various assessment tools and gather client feedback to track treatment progress and adapt strategies as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, regularly communicating and consulting on complex cases to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:
