As a remote-based Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work primarily from the comfort and safety of your designated workspace, while being part of a collaborative outpatient office team that emphasizes flexibility and innovation. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of young adults aged 18 to 30 through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group sessions where participants can connect, share their journeys, and foster mutual learning and support.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized, empathetic counseling that helps clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, guiding them in developing effective coping strategies.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-focused treatment plans that address their unique needs, aspirations, and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate client progress continually, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaboration: Partner with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
