We are looking for an Experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our sales team at DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks You will be a key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience. You will report to the General Manager in this role.

What You'll Do

The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, and development of all sales staff.

• Ensure sales goals are attained
• Manage daily activity and training of the sales staff
• Ensure salespeople are engaging with customers
• Address and resolve customer concerns

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager REQUIRED
• Previous work history of leading a high performing sales team REQUIRED
• Domestic experience a PLUS
• CDK knowledge a PLUS
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California salary pay range for this position is $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Department Net and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Net PVR and Product Penetration.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
