Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

• Cultivating a therapeutic alliance with clients to foster trust, allowing for open and effective communication regarding their challenges and treatment goals.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring integrated care plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring their access to a network of services and supports.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions aimed at promoting recovery and resilience.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, participate in treatment planning, and discuss client progress and needs.

• Assisting with crisis intervention strategies and providing urgent support to clients experiencing acute exacerbations of their conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Active Health Medical Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
