This role operates in a remote work environment, which provides flexibility while ensuring access to the resources and support provided by our Hospice Center. Your remote position will allow you to engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions, phone consultations, and collaborative online platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client's psychosocial needs, strengths, and treatment priorities.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients coping with grief, loss, and complex life transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting patients and their families dealing with terminal illnesses and end-of-life decisions. You will create a trusting environment for clients to explore their feelings, beliefs, and hopes, guiding them towards emotional stability and resolution. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
