Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge the mental health needs of patients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts, employing brief therapy models and innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams comprised of medical staff, social workers, and community outreach coordinators to facilitate integrated care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse client base, ranging from young adults to seniors, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our patients often present with a spectrum of disorders, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and stress-related issues, requiring a tailored approach to therapy that respects their individual circumstances and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Clinical Psychologist.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required, while a Master’s degree is preferred for this position.
