Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and progress.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are responsive to the clients' evolving needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through video conferencing, creating a safe and supportive online environment.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary collaboration with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and support.

• Advocate for students' mental health rights and ensure they have access to necessary community resources and support services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes using electronic health record systems.

• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss progress and refine treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents who present with a wide variety of mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, specifically in a school setting preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic assessment and development of targeted treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport with diverse populations.
