Partner Manager

Nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners, the full-time Partner Manager will manage the Salesforce partnership, drive business development through partner channels, and scale the customer referral program while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the Salesforce partnership by developing and executing go-to-market strategies and establishing co-sell motions Manage and grow a portfolio of technology partners to drive integrations and mutual value Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner engagement and satisfaction Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships or business development roles with a focus on partnerships Direct experience with Salesforce AppExchange or co-sell motions is strongly preferred Proven track record of driving pipeline generation and measurable business results through partner channels Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with proficiency in CRM tools and analytics Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
