Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop appropriate and effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Provide individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques based on your professional expertise.

• Conduct routine mental health screenings to identify effective treatment avenues, allowing for prompt interventions where required.

• Establish trusting relationships with clients, fostering an environment of respect, empathy, and open communication.

• Engage actively with clients to understand their goals and aspirations, using this information to inform your therapy approach.

• Regularly meet with clients for therapy sessions and adapt treatment plans based on progress, challenges, and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) from an accredited institution.

• An active Washington state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
