Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for each client session in accordance with company protocols and guidelines.

• Work in collaboration with case managers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each client’s needs.

• Regularly attend clinical staff meetings and relevant training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health.

• Foster a vibrant team culture by actively contributing ideas and feedback that promote cooperation and support among colleagues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account clients’ developmental stages and family dynamics to guide effective interventions.

• Assess clients’ mental health diagnoses, craft and execute treatment plans, and complete necessary ongoing documentation, including case notes and treatment plan reviews.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to champion mental health initiatives that resonate with community needs, continually adapting approaches for effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Efficiency in completing documentation and reports in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n
