Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy, based on the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual sessions, ensuring all clients, including those with mobility challenges or living in remote areas, receive the care they require.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following areas: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
