Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, employing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools to formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Design personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating an inclusive environment conducive to open communication and healing.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they have access to immediate assistance during emergencies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, adhering to ethical practices and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients, engaging in regular consultations and case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Clients may present with a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in offering empathetic support and guiding them toward effective coping mechanisms and recovery strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist with credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
