Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized therapeutic sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using various evidence-based methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Must hold a full and active license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, enabling you to practice independently without supervision. Note that limited/provisional licenses are not acceptable, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated competency in making professional evaluations, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to communicate effectively with clients and document treatment plans and notes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering therapy in a community mental health setting or telehealth environment.

• Proficient in techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care practices.
