Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions employing a variety of tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Regularly establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing geographic or mobility challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that all client information is confidential and secure.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to enhance skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• An empathetic, compassionate approach while maintaining a non-judgmental attitude toward client issues.
\n
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and group therapy facilitation. Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, which is commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition, we provide:
