IsraAID is Israel's largest non-governmental humanitarian org, working on the front lines of the world's toughest crises across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Pacific. Our US team drives impact, positioning, fundraising and partnerships across the country. We're hiring, but doing this differently: instead of a fixed role, we're looking for the right talent to build the position around. What we’re looking for: 7+ years building and managing initiatives, foundations, partnerships, teams, and/or start-ups Deep knowledge of the US philanthropic industry, with the ability to open doors across corporates, civil society, philanthropy, multilateral organizations, and governmental entities. You care A LOT about IsraAID's mission and eager to see it grow Entrepreneurial, systems-thinker who spots opportunities rather than just executing Thrives in fast-moving, international, high-stakes environments Sharp, personable, and strong at public representation. Equally at home in a boardroom or on a call with a field team Comfortable with AI tools and able to travel internationally Bachelor's degree - required We care most about growth and organizational positioning. Practical notes: We are looking for NYC or CA based candidates. Hebrew is a plus. Valid US work authorization required - we cannot sponsor visas. Salary commensurate with experience.
