Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT at Whole Hearted Therapeutics, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address specific challenges faced by patients, guiding them towards recovery and improved family dynamics.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions focused on issues such as grief, conflict resolution, communication difficulties, and blended family dynamics.

• Assess patient needs through thorough intake evaluations and ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment as necessary to achieve client goals.
\n
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational protocols and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including couples, parents, adolescents, and extended families facing an array of challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse-related issues.
\n
• Emotional trauma stemming from physical or psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss.
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members.
\n
• Stress related to job or medical challenges.
\n
• Adjustment difficulties caused by separation and divorce.

• Parenting issues, including mother/daughter conflicts and managing blended families.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid, active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
