If you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications and requirements, apply at POSITION SUMMARY Identifies and develops new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, etc. Develops and implements new profitable business banking solutions to existing and prospective customers through calling efforts, marketing, and referrals Acts as primary contact for business development and sales‑related customers Administers business development and sales program activities Reviews documentation to properly close loans Prepares loan documents, reports, and composes letters Prepares and delivers presentations, proposals, and business pitches Manages all aspects of relationships to ensure maximum credit quality and customer satisfaction Handles problem loans efficiently Keeps abreast of changing business and economic developments which impact the loan portfolio and its profitability Ensures loans are renewed timely and delinquent loans are brought current Achieves all established production and credit quality goals, objectives, and expectations including funded loan production goals Ensures compliance with all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws Maintains a high level of visibility in the community and represents the CTB brand at events, meetings, associations, and organizations Delivers excellent quality customer service consistently and adheres to department response turnaround standards Participates in bank and community related activities Demonstrates consistent professional appearance, image, ethics, integrity, and represents the CTB Brand Leads initiatives, adds value, supports the Bank’s vision, core values, business principles, goals, and objectives QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Minimum three years of business development experience, including commercial and consumer deals Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field Excellent prospecting and new business development skills and the ability to develop strategic partnerships Ability to analyze loan requests to determine credibility and probability Strong knowledge of surrounding communities and markets Good understanding and ability to comply with all bank and commercial lending policies, procedures, industry trends, regulations, and laws Strong loan portfolio management skills with hands‑on working knowledge and experience in loan structuring, credit analysis, and commercial loan underwriting Clear understanding of different types of financial statements and credit reports Exceptional business development, sales, and customer retention skills are essential Sound leadership and credit decision skills Excellent customer service skills with a genuine interest in serving customers Ambitious, analytical, self‑motivated, with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Great presentation, interpersonal relationship building, managerial, organizational, and leadership skills are essential Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to analyze workflow and set priorities to meet deadlines Multi‑task oriented with a proactive approach to assignments Ability to use sound judgment with strong decision‑making and reasoning abilities Strong persuasive and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and adapt to change Demonstrate ability to remain composed and convey a positive and professional image at all times Ability to handle and maintain confidential information and matters Ability to relate to internal and external customers with a high degree of professionalism Possesses a high level of integrity Ability to facilitate successful business meetings Aggressive with the ability to take initiative and get the job done Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly, concisely, tactfully, and effectively Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet Must be flexible, resourceful, and energetic with a competitive winning spirit that understands the team concept Ability to work through situations and find win‑win solutions Ability to travel as needed Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage 401(k) Retirement Plan Life Insurance Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability Flexible Spending Plan Paid Time Off, Vacation, and Holiday Pay Tuition Reimbursement Employer Assisted Housing Program Wellness Program and Wholesale Reimbursement Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Legal Shield Program Group Cancer & Accident Insurance Programs Worker’s Compensation Program Free Banking Services Awards and Recognition Programs Training & Development Programs and much more #J-18808-Ljbffr
