Business Development Executive

You focus on new business in your territory, from targeting the right accounts and opening doors to turning first meetings into signed inspection and service agreements. In this role, you will:Master Encore's value proposition and communicate it clearly in person, on the phone, and in writing. Build and execute a territory plan that focuses on high potential accounts and sectors. Use tools such as Convex Atlas and ZoomInfo to identify target accounts, build prospect lists, and prioritize outreach. Prospect consistently through cold calls, emails, networking, social selling, and referrals to keep your pipeline full. Meet executives and decision makers to understand their operations, compliance requirements, budget drivers, and risk exposure. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, so Encore is top of mind when fire protection decisions are made.
