Full-time counselors can expect a standard Monday through Friday schedule, with flexible hours available for part-time roles that can span Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patient population at Guidance & Growth Counseling Services includes a wide range of individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. Our counselors work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, therapists are eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS.
