Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, identifying needs and creating actionable plans for support.

• Develop tailored service plans incorporating specific interventions, client goals, and progress monitoring strategies.

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and families navigating various life difficulties, including grief, adjustment disorders, and chronic illness.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized resource connections, ensuring they have access to the necessary tools and services for their recovery and empowerment.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and support, utilizing risk assessments and safety planning to secure safe environments for our clients.

• Partner with local agencies and organizations to coordinate services and advocate for client needs within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
