Als Sales Development Representative bist du der Erstkontakt fr unsere potenziellen Neukunden und legst damit den Grundstein fr eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit. In dieser Vertriebsrolle entscheidet deine Einschtzung bezglich des Potentials eines Interessenten mageblich ber den Teamerfolg.
Prospecting: Gezielte Suche nach potenziellen Kunden und Entscheidungstrgern.
Qualifizierung: Kontaktaufnahme mit Leads und Bewertung ihrer Bedrfnisse, um sie als qualifizierte Verkaufsmglichkeiten einzustufen.
Erstkontakt: Durchfhrung von Kaltanrufen und Versenden von Kalt-E-Mails, um Cosuno vorzustellen und Interesse zu wecken.
Aufbau von Beziehungen: Knpfen und Pflegen von Kontakten zu potenziellen Kunden, um langfristiges Vertrauen aufzubauen.
Terminvereinbarung: Vereinbarung von Meetings oder Demos fr die Account Executives und das Vertriebsteam.
Verwaltung der Pipeline: Dokumentation und Pflege der interessierten Prospects in Salesforce.
Dein Profil
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Akquise und Verkauf, optimalerweise im B2B Sales
Du zeigst Zielstrebigkeit und den Ehrgeizig, um selbst fr deinen persnlichen Erfolg verantwortlich zu sein
Du hast eine ausgeprgte Kommunikationsstrke und berzeugungskraft, sowohl verbal als auch schriftlich
Du bringst gerne deine eigenen Ideen ein, um dich und dein Team auf das nchste Level zu bringen
Du hast den Wunsch, eine Karriere im Vertrieb auf- bzw. auszubauen
Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (Muttersprache oder Zweitsprache)
Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil (vor allem Englisch)
