Hollow Bay Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient mental health clinic. Work Environment\n

This role is completely remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in California. You will have the autonomy to set your own hours while adhering to a Monday through Friday work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our fully virtual infrastructure supports your clinical work with seamless access to HIPAA-compliant electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy to a diverse caseload, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop strength-based treatment plans that empower clients to set and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and ethical documentation of client interactions and care in our electronic health record system, meeting compliance standards.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other clinicians to create a cohesive treatment approach that enhances client outcomes.

• Participate actively in weekly clinical team meetings, case consultations, and continuous training opportunities to further clinical skills and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families grappling with mental health conditions. You will support clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and you will play a vital role in fostering resilience and therapeutic recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license issued by the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred but not required for licensure.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on school-based or community mental health.

• Strong skills in documentation coupled with a deep understanding of DSM-5 criteria and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
