You will have access to in-house credentialing, management of insurance participation, and streamlined scheduling support to ensure a seamless work experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Belfry Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their unique mental health needs.

• Creating and implementing customized treatment plans that employ clinical interventions suited to the cultural and emotional contexts of clients.

• Maintaining clear and concise documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and communication with multidisciplinary team members during patient rounds.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities, to facilitate effective treatment.

• Providing case management services by collaborating with healthcare professionals and community organizations to offer comprehensive care.

• Ensuring ethical and timely completion of documentation and reports, following organizational policies and procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, all presenting with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
