Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to best meet the needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic care, integrating feedback and perspectives from peers to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring all records are up-to-date and secure.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and obtaining certifications to stay informed about the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diversely composed client base, focusing on individuals and families who may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. The population may include adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and other mental health conditions. Your expertise in family and couple’s therapy will also play a crucial role in addressing relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000–90,000, determined by caseload and experience.
