Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in your state. Please note that we do not accept limited or provisional licenses.

• Strong clinical evaluation and diagnostic skills, alongside excellent decision-making capabilities related to treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to cultivate meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in computer technology, necessary for utilizing our counselor portal and conducting remote sessions effectively.

• Experience managing your own caseload in a mental health setting, along with knowledge of various therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, contingent on hours worked and experience.
