We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the leadership team of an acclaimed fine dining restaurant known for exceptional cuisine, flawless execution, and uncompromising standards. What You'll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef.
- Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Coach, mentor, and develop line cooks while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food cost management.
- Support seasonal menu execution and continuous culinary innovation.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, detail-driven kitchen.
- Passion for refined cuisine and exceptional presentation.
- Experience with food cost control, inventory, and kitchen operations.
- Commitment to excellence, organization, and developing others.
