Sous Chef | Elevated Fine Dining

We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the leadership team of an acclaimed fine dining restaurant known for exceptional cuisine, flawless execution, and uncompromising standards. What You'll Do

Lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef.
Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
Coach, mentor, and develop line cooks while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence.
Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food cost management.
Support seasonal menu execution and continuous culinary innovation.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, detail-driven kitchen.
Passion for refined cuisine and exceptional presentation.
Experience with food cost control, inventory, and kitchen operations.
Commitment to excellence, organization, and developing others.
